NetWorker update release


Finally it is here…!

The first cumulative hotfix release for those who are using NetWorker version 7.6 SP1.
Please note that this cumulative hot fix can be installed as fresh installation or upgrade installation.

It is release, Build 422.

Cumulative hotfix includes the following new fixes:

NW120662 nsrmmd: unnecessary tape rewind for extracting label information.

NW121274 nsrjobd: unblock session info processing thread.

NW123029 nsrarchive: crashes in cluster environment.

NW122419 nsrjobd: Logging loads of .Unable to route…. and .Unable to acquire record lock…. errors.

NW120060 savegrp: not constructing nsrndmp_save command correctly if space included in one of the NDMP saveset names.

NW117744 nsrdsa_save: core dumps in DDS env when devices are shared between the ndmp / non-ndmp targets.
Couldn’t find an EMC Powerlink solution!

NW119047 nsrjobd: jobsdb purging hangs with CPU utilization set at 100%.

NW121129 nsrmmdbd: Severe latency issues with media database operations.

NW121143 nsrd: multiple nsrmmds trying to label same new volume.

NW121155 save: dedup failing with . save:Timeout occurred while waiting for data connection from avtar".

NW122305 HomeBase: NetWorker automatically installs HomeBase on Linux and Solaris.
